IN 3D LAB creates high-quality laser-melted structures,
offering machine-based finishing services for connections and screw channels where maximum precision and surface quality are required.
The fusion of these two processes results in highly precise artifacts, combining all the advantages of additive printing in terms of substructures
and very rapid production times.
The final product will be smooth and passive on the connections, as it is subsequently milled on the critical parts.
Having developed an in-house protocol that our production faithfully follows, we are capable of producing laser-melted artifacts with the addition of milling micro-processes.
This allows us to achieve sliding slides, angled screw channels, dowels, holes, mandibular joints, bar-counterbar systems, and more.
